Very unpleased how business has been handled with my situation. The older skinny Kind of dirty looking guy that was working at luvs back a few months ago signed me up for the most expensive membership after telling me it was just for a free car wash my next visit (specifically told him I didn't have a need for the membership because I don't come enough) Next thing I know my account has been charged $40 so I go up there and tell them to cancel whatever membership they signed me up for.
