This car wash ripped me off! After telling me the first few months were 10 dollars they jumped my membership up to 45 dollars without telling me and will not offer any refund for having 6 months of charges at this level! They are crooked!!! !
They sign me up for a membership at the carwash entrance without my authorization, and I wasn't informed I was a member and being charged for 4 months until I looked at my credit card statement, I didn't get any email, nor text nor anything in the mail that I was a member! Horrible service! I just called their customer service line and told them about the situation, but they're only willing to refund last 2 months of the billing despite I didn't even receive a membership card. Horrible service!
