LUV Bakery is exceptional. Maira’s sourdough completely reset my understanding of what sourdough is supposed to taste like. Apparently, I had never actually had the real thing before. This loaf was outstanding…beautifully crusted on the outside, incredibly soft on the inside, and rich, balanced, and full of flavor without being overly sour.
