This was our first time at Luv 2 Play Riverside and we were thoroughly impressed. The space was clean and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. Our kids had an amazing time — they easily made new friends and stayed happily entertained for over three hours! As parents, we really appreciated being able to relax while the little ones explored and played safely. They loved the pizza and had a blast in the arcade area. My girls had an amazing time! The staff were so amazing!🤩 The Groupon system was down so I couldn’t use it. I had to pay cash instead of using my Groupon. However, the two beautiful ladies that worked the counter was able to accommodate me anyway. Thank you Tori for helping my girls have an amazing experience there! Will be back

3 solid stars with no deal breakers, I would come back as long it's not stifling inside. Lost 1 star: for way too hot for a cool down play area for kids. Would not come back again if it's hot inside again, kids don't seem to mind however not going to let my littles sweat profusely bc they are running with excitement. Myself included, extremely hot. Considering “TORY / TORI” is a manager, she already does have multiple bad reviews under her name which should hopefully be privately investigated with higher supervisor attention. Tory was oddly rude to start off with , from the moment we came in , we also told her the “ toy car coupe “ was broken, after my daughter had tipped and fallen over because the tire was completely broken. This place was great!!! The only reason it's 4 stars is because sooo many older kids kept coming into the baby area (crawlers and starting to walk) and I have an 18 month old. She was loving that area so much but then parent would watch as their much older kids came in and started throwing everything around. Not really the fault of the business but maybe they could check on the baby area every once in awhile or make an announcement during busier times throughout the day as a reminder.
