This was our first time at Luv 2 Play Riverside and we were thoroughly impressed. The space was clean and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. Our kids had an amazing time — they easily made new friends and stayed happily entertained for over three hours! As parents, we really appreciated being able to relax while the little ones explored and played safely. They loved the pizza and had a blast in the arcade area. 3 solid stars with no deal breakers, I would come back as long it's not stifling inside. Lost 1 star: for way too hot for a cool down play area for kids. Would not come back again if it's hot inside again, kids don't seem to mind however not going to let my littles sweat profusely bc they are running with excitement. Myself included, extremely hot. What happened to this place?? Place has become dirty, half the lights aren’t working, games are broken or not working at all. Most of the games have been taken out. You can tell the play structure isn’t being cleaned anymore. Such a bummer because this place used to be really well taken care of.
This place was great!!! The only reason it's 4 stars is because sooo many older kids kept coming into the baby area (crawlers and starting to walk) and I have an 18 month old. She was loving that area so much but then parent would watch as their much older kids came in and started throwing everything around. Not really the fault of the business but maybe they could check on the baby area every once in awhile or make an announcement during busier times throughout the day as a reminder. We have been to many indoor playgrounds. And by far this is the best one. The baby and toddler area is big enough for them is not just a small little space. There's definitely plenty to do for that type of age and the regular size is huge. It looks clean and everything is pretty much. Well, protected large place to play. They also have a area to play basketball. And some arcade games and a kitchen for some food. definitely the best one out of many that we have visited so far.
