Place is dirty since I wanted to pay with card it cost me $5 just for a small sweet tea I asked if they had some free water since I can’t afford $5 for a small drink they said no water the lady was not friendly at all I was thinking about putting my sons birthday party here but since the staff was unfriendly and we can’t even get some water in this place and it’s dirty no I will not be back I rather just go to chucky cheese
not bad , my 3 and 1 year old enjoyed themselves, mats could be cleaned or just replaced but overall nice place for little ones to run around . i like that you must wear socks . shoes have so many germs . paid $40 for two kids . bring cash because credit cards get $5 charge .
This place has really gone downhill!! Dirty is an understatement it’s FILTHY!!! Nothing is wiped down, there’s trash all over the floor and tables. You walk out of the feeling like you need to be sprayed down with a disinfectant spray. I’ve heard that management changed and maybe that’s the cause. I’ve never seen it this bad. Won’t be returning.
Place is dirty. Needs a major mopping every where. The floor when you walk in especially needs it. Toddler section the play cushions falling apart. More than half the games were broken. The floor mats needs replacement and gentle wipe down at the end of each day. They did better during Covid keeping everything cleaned. Needs better management. Wanted to book a party but not impressed with cleanliness of the location and things broken.
