Friendly staff. Clean environment. Good game rewards.
This place hasn't just gone downhill, it sank to the bottom of a lake it went so far down. The structure is literally unsafe and a massive safety risk. Footpads in the top fold when stepped on, the fabric is torn and sometimes not even attached to the structure anymore. They seem to have tried tying STRING around fabric parts to "repair" it, yet I can tell you it is NOT repaired....my toddler was climbing down and his foot when THROUGH the woven part and he was hanging upside down by the ankle. Very disappointing experience. The place was extremely dirty and clearly not being properly maintained. For an indoor play area where children are crawling, playing, and touching everything, cleanliness should be a basic priority. The equipment and overall area looked worn, neglected, and in need of serious cleaning and maintenance. I would not feel comfortable bringing my child back until the owners take better care of the facility. Place is dirty since I wanted to pay with card it cost me $5 just for a small sweet tea I asked if they had some free water since I can’t afford $5 for a small drink they said no water the lady was not friendly at all I was thinking about putting my sons birthday party here but since the staff was unfriendly and we can’t even get some water in this place and it’s dirty no I will not be back I rather just go to chucky cheese
