If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. Wow. What an experience — and not in a good way. If your idea of fun is walking into a place that looks like it hasn’t seen a mop since 2003, then congratulations, you’ve found your spot! They should honestly shut down for a day (or ten) and clean literally everything. I’ve never been more disgusted at a place that calls itself “family fun.” No wonder they make you sign waivers before you play — probably to protect themselves from all the germs and broken equipment. Super fun place for kids! My toddler loves it. I prefer going during the week, It's not as busy and it's actually a few dollars cheaper. I don't understand why they charge more on weekends to begin with, when it's the same stuff. 10/1/2025- Wow, when did the price go to $17.95/per kid?!! Adventure X is $12.95 for kids 7 and under. This is pricey , especially for bigger families 👎

We had my son’s party today and it was hectic from the beginning. When we got there nobody said anything to us we did not know what to do they immediately asked how we are going to pay for the trays we brought in though and wanted payment immediately. Which is crazy you charge $6 a tray just to bring it in when I’m paying a lot of money to have a party here. THEN , it was $15 an adult if they play or not. So grandparents could not come.
