This is the best place to let the kiddo run around and burn off all that energy, and to also not kill them out in the Louisiana sun 🤣. This place has a variety of food items that the kiddo will surely love, ranging from pizza to hot dogs, simple things and an endless fountain soda machine. A nice little playground with slides and obstacles for the kiddos to climb about. There’s games to earn credits for prizes as well.
I do not like giving negative reviews but I feel like looking after other people is a must . I had my baby's birthday here , and don't get me wrong the place is nice for little kids . BUT, the communication was not there from the staff . I booked the party package with a limit of 16 kids and 20 adults.And it was $15 per an extra adult with a max of 24 adults and for the kids you can only have 20 kids max with an extra charge of $10 per child . Making this review because we just purchased a membership. I would like to think it was a great opportunity, but this place needs better cleaning. It makes me question if I want to continue, but my little has fun when she is here so just hoping this review makes an impact. Pros The staff is very friendly. You get unlimited play. The membership and items sold are at a reasonable price. I do see staff vacuuming and wiping tables/chairs. For the bathroom, foot covers are offered which is awesome. Wonderful indoor location for a play date! We had some questions after booking on the website and they were very responsive and helpful. The kids had a fabulous time so we'll definitely be back!
