I booked a double party room and the ac felt like it was off everyone was hot and sweating i was sooo upset about that. Also didn't have help setting up decorations. Definitely can use a quick mop!!
I recently visited Luv 2 Play Metairie, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. My family and I felt very uncomfortable due to behavior from a staff member that we and other people personally perceived as racially insensitive. Their employee whom also claimed to be a manager made monkey sounds and gestures towards us. As African Americans, we were deeply upset and saddened by the way we were handled.
