Fun place for kids!
There is always unexpectedly something going on this place. Their hours keep changing, can’t get in when they have parties. Member subscribers should get compensated back for these inconveniences. The place is outdated and dirty.
Customer Feedback – Disappointing Experience with Staff I’m very disappointed with how I was treated during my recent visit. About 30 minutes into playtime, my daughter became tired and needed to take a nap. I spoke with a staff member at the time and specifically asked if we could re-enter after her nap. He assured me it was fine and just asked that I let the staff know. However, when we returned, a different male staff member was extremely rude and dismissive. As I came in staff seemed very annoyed. Also this place is pretty dirty and there are flies everywhere. There was an issue with my account and instead of the staff helping me fix the issue they nonchalantly told me they don’t know. I used to come here a while ago and will not be returning. Staff has negative vides for a fun place for children. Also the flies are pretty bad.
