Hayley is the best in Perth, she’s always expanding on her portfolio as a highly educated professional but also supports the other nurses that work at Luum to do the same. Today Naadirah treated me and you can see she is a very well supported RN at Luum & my results are amazing. Thank you ladies x
Hayley was amazing, I was nervous for my first treatment and she explained everything so well and really took a natural 'less is more' approach. I wasn't made to feel self conscious in any way, she explained everything as she went, and made me feel really safe and comfortable. I have lots of friends who go to Luum and I definitely understand why While I was waiting the other staff I met were really friendly too.
This place is amazing , highly recommended the girls here are super professional and help so much also the results super natural. Best in Perth
EXCELLENT clinic for a number of reasons. Hayley was welcoming and very knowledgable. I felt that my consultation was very thorough and the procedure was explained in great detail. I also appreciated leaving with a card that detailed what treatments I received and the follow up email with a treatment plan moving forward. Interactions with reception staff and other nurses in clinic was also exceptionally warm.
