If I could leave zero stars I would. By far the worse nail experience I have ever had. Upon arrival I was asked what I came for I then replied “Full set”. An older woman came to tend to me. Didn’t speak to me at all so I decided to break the ice and say “hello” and she did not respond but she did look at me which lets me know she definitely heard me. This was the highlight of my weekend trip! The staff was very welcoming and pleasant and you communicate your desired look. This shop was immaculate and up to date with everything. Definitely will revisit time and time again. The cocktails really make the experience even more relaxing! My nails were brown before and they completely revived everything!
The older employees here do not know what they are doing. I have been getting my nails done since I was 11 yrs old and this is by far my worst experience. Major language barrier, nails not filed correctly, shape of my nail is still uneven, too much powder placed on top on my nail and they look bulky. Explained this to the elderly employee multiple times but she acted like she did not understand me and just kept doing what she wanted to do. She had a bad attitude as well. Really liked the place. My mom got both the manicure and pedicure and the overall experience was nice. The manager offered both of us refreshments and allowed me to sit on the massage chair while waiting for my mom. They have a wide selections of colors to choose from and provide a host of services. Highly recommend to check it out, especially when shopping around the Town Center
I got my first pedicure ever! It was amazing, they did a wet pedi where they massaged me, did a scrub and cleaned up my nails. They got out my ingrown's (TMI sorry) but it felt so good and they did such a great job! I opted for acrylic toes with a French tip, and they came out beautiful , like really beautiful. It is a little crazy to me that French tip is an extra 20$ , but it came out really well. My mom has been going to this spa since I was 5 , and it's cool that I go there now myself.
