Called to make an appointment and asked if anyone there is speaking Vietnamese because my bother can’t speak English, and I did my research before calling that this office is Viet speaking. It seemed like they did not want to help us at all.
Attorney Luu Nguyen was the best! I did a comprehensive research of immigration lawyers who had experience dealing with overturning immigration visa denial and I-601 related to communist party. Talked to tons of lawyers and everyone insisted on filing I-601. Attorney Nguyen was the only one who could help me overturning the visa decision without going through the lengthy I-601 process. He was thoughtful, super smart and effective. Highly recommend if you have a complex case.
