Unfortunately, our experience with Lutz Tile was a stressful and time consuming one. When we first looked at the house we saw the house was in a trust but never thought more about it. When we closed with Lutz title thought we were the sole owners. We found when we went to apply for our Homestead Exemption at our newly purchased home address that the title was not clear.
