Wayne did an amazing job with changing out our original gas furnace and air conditioning system. The unit was original to the house and since it was giving us issues especially over the winter we decided to have a new unit installed. We solicited estimates from a number of other contractors who were priced some less, some more but ultimately we decided on Lutz HVAC for the simple reason of Wayne taking the time to answer our questions and explain everything in detail as to what was going to be done. Brought my parts to my door sold me them at a REASONABLE price saved me lots of money took cards for recommendation oil burner service
Just bought a home and no oil in tank. Heater wouldn't start. He was there at 9am fixed heater and installed a hot water tank in 1 day. Great job
