First class was great. Clean gym, experienced trainers, great find.
Lutz Fit Body Boot Camp is based on group fitness classes that move from station to station with instructors helping each step of the way. It is a place where everyone encourages each other. "No one works alone." The energy is high and the trainers are personable, helpful, and motivating. If you're looking for a gym that is suitable for every level of fitness –whether just getting started or you have been in this journey for a while –Fit Body is welcoming, knowledgeable and will guide you to fit right in.
This group has been extremely welcoming, the workouts are manageable in my time constraints while being challenging at the same time and the options for workout times and the ability to change them has been great! The coaches are awesome and very supportive.
This place has been amazing for me! It has allowed me to do something for myself but fits into my busy hectic schedule. The people here are so encouraging and it’s a great place to join.
