I’ve tried to have my son seen here for 3 years but keep being turned down because “they have too many clients with Medicaid”. It is so so SO hard to find a dentist near me that will see my son. I’ve offered to pay OUT OF POCKET, but am told “that would be insurance scam since he has insurance”. No body will see him. I feel like I am being discriminated against for having Medicaid. Are they really allowed to turn away my son when they accept Medicaid?
Best professional dental care in our area and beyond. They always manage to get us in when anyone in our family needed emergency care, (even visiting brother from SC with emergency) and we’ve never had more than a 5-minute wait - fantastic service all around. Doc Sr. does flawless work I can’t say enough.
I lived in Tazewell until moving to Roanoke in 2006. Dr Lutz was my dentist then, and I have recently started seeing them again. I would rather drive the 2 1/2 hours to get good dental care than to continue to use dental clinics closer that do not really care about their patients the way I feel the entire staff at Lutz family dentistry do. They even still remembered me after all these years, and my teeth look and feel better than they have in all these years. Thank you for doing such an outstanding job
