Bob Lutz came and looked at the Insurance repair project, he took measurements and told me he would email me the estimate for the insurance quote. Never received an estimate, called numerous times, only to hear an answering machine and I left numerous messages to Please return my call to let me know what is going on. NO RETURN CALL OR EMAIL OR ESTIMATE. Unprofessional lying Contractor. I wouldn't trust him.....
