This attorney was ineffective and made mistakes that were very costly in my divorce filing. His office turnover is frequent, and lack of communication and basic note keeping is all by design to keep billing you, and holding your case from moving forward. Do not hire this office. David Lutz cares more about his SEO/google rating and double billing you than actual representation.
The overturn in his office staff was frustrating and expensive. I sent documents and emails to numerous people and they asked me for the documents again and again. They never filed said documents with the court. Unfortunately, he failed note a hearing. The motion was filed, but it was never heard. Instead, they filed a hearing for a separate issue but kept continuing it, seemingly to increase fees. He seemed to be working with the opposing attorney a little too much. Legal assistant didn't file my Response Declaration or Financial Declaration for one hearing, and David Lutz personally called me and assured me those documents were filed. I also had a second hearing that same day to request attorney fees, and his legal assistant mis-filed and that hearing was never properly scheduled. For my first hearing, I had to ask for a last minute continuance.
