I chose Lutz Law to assist me on a case with my daughter’s dad who has substance abuse issues and history of neglect. I couldn’t have chosen a better law firm. I came to them in a difficult time in need of help and got the exact opposite was charged 5k for exchanging emails and dead end phone calls along with being charged after discontinuing their services. I would use anyone other than these guys. Whole team is uneducated and ask that you do the majority of your own research and then when you try and talk to someone they promise call backs and never follow up or follow through rather have their paralegals email you instead so that they can charge you for it. Please do your research before trusting this firm especially if you're in a domestic violence situation. If you select this firm despite the numerous complaints listed by many who continues to pay off their debt, make sure that all voice calls are provided with a email transcription or summary from the firm. Despite stating that there is a payment plan, KM "polished" my evidence by removing content, billed over $10k, reminded me that I could always "ask for more money from family and friends."
