Unfortunately, my experience with David Lutz & Associates was extremely disappointing. I initially retained David Lutz, but after a short time, my case was handed over to another attorney in the firm, Andrew Voelkner. From that point on, the process dragged out for months, with very little actual progress made. I paid over $9,000 for pre-trial work alone, and by the time we were approaching trial, I was told I would need to pay an additional $11,000 to proceed. We can't say enough about how hiring Cheryl Van Ackeren as our attorney was the best decision we have ever made.
