Ed Luttrell promised me $500 to dig the hole to fix my sewer line. I was told it would cost $500 to bring in a backhoe so I said that I would take it upon myself to dig the hole. He charged my mother in law full price but only compensated $300 towards the dig. Told me I was owed from outside sources for the remainder of my portion.
