If you are going to be working in a hospital setting you need empathy. Dr. Luttrell lacked even the slightest amount of kindness. I was in an accident where I sustained severe facial trauma. He yelled, and rushed me out of the ER , denied my request for an XRay or head scan and was extremely dismissive. Horrible bedside manner lacks any kindness or empathy. Dismissed all my questions/ concerns and refused to do tests I asked for because I am a young girl in college. Was diagnosed later at a separate ER with multiple fractures in my face. He put stitches in my mouth, which a separate doctor I went to said he did a horrible job and I will need revisions. Checked into the ER early in the morning because urgent care was not available, had been vomiting and sweating for hours prior, and needed fluids. Care was prompt but I would hardly call it “care”. I guess I didn’t die so thank you for that however I feel Dr Luttrell brushed me off, kept asking questions about if I was pregnant despite me stating several times I’ve had a hysterectomy so this could not possibly be pregnancy. I went into the Emergency room. "Dr. Luttrell" didn't answer all my questions and brushed off all my concerns. I left feeling more lost than when I went in. I had spent 3 hours for terrible care. It didn't help that someone on his team came in when I called for assistance and had the audacity to ask me if I was the only patient there. They really don't know how to care for people or at least make them feel like they actually care about you. Which they don't. Some people just shouldn't be in healthcare.
