Replaced pool liner and after 12 months looked worse than previous 15 year old one and absolutely no help to rectify! Actually told me to sue them ! Don’t use
We were refused service for regular pool cleaning, and initially no reason was given. After calling, i was told if we don't buy a boiler with them, they will refuse any further services. I wasn't aware this condition could be in place? We have fortunately found another supplier who is a little more transparent about their conditions...
