Slum estate agents, they lie just to keep your deposit and are extremely rude and start threatening you when you ask too many questions. Avoid them like the plague
Bad experience with them the properties they give on rent full of mould,rats roaming here and there,further don’t trust on them what they said always clarify with them in written so that you have evidence.otherwise when you will they will not listen to you and Finally you will not get deposit back . And will face health issue with mouldy properties to let.
I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this agency. The owner is very unprofessional and teaches same his employees. Mess, chaos and not following GDPR. If anyine needs more details i am mlre than happy to share.
AVOID, these people are unprofessional and only care about themselves. Greedy people and do not care about their tenants or landlords, just want money. They ignore issues and take no responsibility but very quick to take their money. Sarfraz and his brother Sohail Yousef of poplar homes should both be avoided.
The worst agency ever! Dangerous people threaten tenants to pay rent! I delayed one day and came over my mother in the house to beat her. But fortunately someone shot the whole action. I do not advise someone to turn to this agency! Whoever wants to show photo proofs with the best house from their agency has really big waste of time !!!!!!!!!
