Really difficult to deal with this imaging group. Regularly rescheduling me and changing what is required.
The staff is rude, disrespectful, and doesn't care for you as a patient. This place is very terrible. you have to wait a very very long time for your results, and I'm still wating for mine after having been waiting for a long time already. I feel so sorry that I went there for my imaging. I'm writing this review in the hope to warn you not to go there for your imaging.
I’d leave 0 stars if I could. This office is beyond incompetent. I had a bill being disputed with them and they said it would take time to resolve the matter. Rather than communicating the resolution to me they sent me to collections WITHOUT notification. The office even gave me a hard time when I confirmed with my wife what was said to her when the dispute was confirmed because we are two females. The representative acted as if I could no longer be verified because I spoke with my wife even though my voice had not changed. ... read more
