Went in with 2 bikes for some quick maintence after calling ahead, on a Saturday no less, and they got us in and out under 10 min. Kyle the mechanic is an awesome guy and gave some great advice. The other sales person was also kind and gave useful advice. Will certainly use their service in the future.
Absolutely RUDE and NOT helpful what so ever. I’m a big guy and walked in looking for some help with what kind of bike I should ride. He didn’t offer to help, no suggestions, all he said was We don’t have bikes your size. Very very unprofessional and not friendly or helpful what so ever. I would ever buy from this loser.
Went to this bike shop today and was disappointed. Older gentleman who works there very rude, unprofessional and condescending in our interaction. Ended up walking out, would never buy a bike from this shop and recommend everyone go else where. Poor customer service overall.

With the world's current situation, bikes everywhere are selling out...fast! I called around to multiple bike shops in the area with the hopes of having a specific brand and model bike that I wanted. When I called Lutherville Bikes I spoke to Kyle on the phone.
