Had my doctor visit… pretending like nothing ever happened. Pathetic. If I had a choice I would go ANYWHERE else! Probably not even going to keep using CPAP. Zero confidence that I even need it!!!!! Two weeks after receiving my first CPAP machine I called my doctor to get help because I needed the pressure adjusted. The nurse told me that it just takes time to get used to it. I explained i wasn’t compliant to which she replied, oh you don’t need to be until 90 days anyway I just would like to say thank you for all your compassion and for caring about how I feel I guess I’ll just wait for two more weeks until I can actually get to see my doctor
Every time I call to talk to someone I only get voicemail and no return calls. I've been trying to get ahold of someone for 2 weeks to cancel my sleep study that they did NOT get pre-approval though my insurance for. They didn't use my insurance at all and their central (outsourced) billing department said there was none on file, despite my having filled out the insurance information at the Dr office and having it confirmed. I would not recommend coming here and getting the runaround.
