I’ve had good experiences previously but hope this review reaches the correct person. I e tried to reschedule an appointment for a week. The portal indicates no available dates for a recheck for at least six months. I called the office. I was on hold for about ten minutes when someone picked up and put the receiver down. I could hear typing but no one responded to my several greetings. Just more typing. It seems there is no way to reschedule. Was supposed to have my first appointment with Christine Springer this morning. Due to circumstances out of my control, I was running a few minutes late. I called the office, explained the situation and that I was running about 10 minutes late, and was assured it would be fine. When I arrived, a different woman from who I spoke to was there to check me in, was extremely dismissive, and refused to keep my appointment because I was late, even though I had been assured over the phone that it was okay. Very pleased with this office. No waiting for hours to be called back and caring staff. Very glad I found this dr office.
