Brought my wife in for severe pain due to an ovarian cyst, sat for over an hour while 3 other people who all came in after us were taken back first… what ever happened to triaging? We could hear what these people were here for and none of them had symptoms that were worse than my wife’s! This is unacceptable! Lutheran will definitely be hearing from my lawyer
Slow ! Sat and waited for an hour ! Staff just checked me in and left to take a lunch it seemed liked idk never again though
Doctors not trained to have autistic patients and not very good care
This was by far my worst experience with an office staff I’ve ever had. I had a scheduled appointment with a doctor. It was confirmed the day before. When I arrived today-the front desk lady-unpleasantly told me that the doctor was no longer with the practice. I was very confused since I had JUST confirmed the appointment the day before.
