(For Dr. Steven Paris's office) Rude. Receptionist, "Kathy", talked down to me about my own medical condition over the phone and they almost gave me the WRONG DOSE of thyroid medication, after I asked if they were sure since my results came back high and she INSISTED that the doctor said this is correct and that "yes bc your tsh is low and t4 free is high we need to up your dose" (which is wrong, and can put me in a lot of danger as i was already in hyperthyroid mode) Then she called me back later that night to tell me that ... read more

Terrible service from one of the women at the front desk of Dr. Kemp and Dr. Karl’s office. I have been a patient at this office for well over ten years, and over the last 2-3 years, it has gotten to the point where I will not be returning due to lack of professionalism from the front desk staff. On multiple occasions I have been spoken to condescendingly, rudely and with major lack of compassion. Why work at a doctor’s office if you don’t like working with people? Get a different job or learn how to be a nice human being.
