Dr. Cabe was great but unfortunately will be switching providers due to the rude staff. Very combative and not welcoming or organized in the slightest. If you can get Dr. Cabe at a different location I would definitely recommend her, but avoid this particular clinic at all cost unless you want to be treated as an inconvenience. My experience is that this is not a good place to trust your medical care to. Where to begin?? They say their patient portal is the best way to contact them. No. It is ignored. I have documented proof. Getting a prescription changed is quite difficult. Been waiting for weeks to get a prescription resent as generic. I recently found out my labs from January were sent to a lab not covered by my insurance I write this in the month of November. Due to Lutheran firing there doctors I have talked to 3 different doctors in less then a year. I would not recommend Lutheran to anyone. doctor has prescribed keflex for a kidney infection on the 11th well I’m allergic to keflex, I requested a change to Bactrim and on the 12 via both the patient portal message and phone. I called at 8:44 am on 13th again spoke with med tech and today is Saturday 10:30 still not response either patient portal or phone. It seems as if I’m not being cared for at all.
