My experience is that this is not a good place to trust your medical care to. Where to begin?? They say their patient portal is the best way to contact them. No. It is ignored. I have documented proof. Getting a prescription changed is quite difficult. Been waiting for weeks to get a prescription resent as generic. I recently found out my labs from January were sent to a lab not covered by my insurance I write this in the month of November. Due to Lutheran firing there doctors I have talked to 3 different doctors in less then a year. I would not recommend Lutheran to anyone. doctor has prescribed keflex for a kidney infection on the 11th well I’m allergic to keflex, I requested a change to Bactrim and on the 12 via both the patient portal message and phone. I called at 8:44 am on 13th again spoke with med tech and today is Saturday 10:30 still not response either patient portal or phone. It seems as if I’m not being cared for at all.
