Poor customer service in the billing department. Called today to figure out why my bill is $50 higher then what I have bills for. The women from the billing department says that that bill never got sent out probably due to a glitch in their system. But mind you I have a charge for that same day on the bill that I have for a different amount and different service. So how was there a glitch?
