This place saves lives. Period.
The main entrance registration staff is exceptional! The ER runs smoothly and the physician's have great bedside manner. Two of the transport tech's, RJ Balzen & Brian Boothe are both friendly.
Unfortunately, Sacred Grounds, is gone, replaced by a poor Starbucks that isn't really a Starbucks clone. Better than machine coffee, but the excellence is gone. Not an EXEMPLAry move, Exempla.
Best birth experience I could have asked for. Delivered my 5th child here 3/11/13. Staff was incredible ♥

You must try a cup of coffee or tea from the coffee shop in the main entrance called sacred grounds. They have anything you could want and great lunch items all at a great price.
This is a Great Hospital! Treated extremely well by all staff when I'm here. Yay to non sugary drinks (from last commentor)
This hospital is really noisy.
Lutheran no longer serves beverages sweetened with sugar. Be prepared to drink diet soda, lattes with sugar-free syrups and no sugar added juices.
