As a place that's suppose to provide customer service, they should know what its like to be treated fairly and appreciative. As I was working for a delivery service, I was pinged for a huge catering order. Took an hr to complete due to miscommunication. When arrived I started to unload all the items and they person whom I assumed placed the order went ahead and got in my personal car and started to pull boxes out. Definitely not OK!
