No signs anywhere saying that guest are not allowed to wait in the lobby although that's what I was told 🤔 so here I am sitting in the rain waiting for my husband. Then they are taking people back that walked in after him but he is still waiting. Not to mention the lady at the front desk didn't like me asking questions about insurance/billing/discounts for paying in full. Healthcare in America needs caring, compasionate people, why are people just so rude these days?
I had an MRI done on a Saturday. It was wonderful to not have to worry about being late for work. The staff were friendly and professional. I even received my results on Sunday and was contacted by my primary MD Monday morning. A great team ! thank-you
