It's a bad deal Death and wasted taxes
Wildly unethical hiring practices
Not the cleanest place I’ve seen, even for a nursing home, I recently was there, there was a constant need to clean, which was not getting done. Residents complain that food is undercooked, and food is usually cold when they receive it. They are very short staffed and work their staff to the bone. Not the greatest place it seems, they put up a good front, but when it comes down to it this place is 1 star.
So much joy today. My husband who is a resident recovered from Covid & pneumonia due to a dedicated staff. I wrote a previous email about food issues. When your life is on the line you need the dedicated professionals at Lutheran. The residents are their top priority. Sure they don't get everything right but neither do I. What they do get right is the taking care of my family member & yours if you should be so fortunate to have someone in residence at Lutheran Trying to decide between nursing facilities - trust Lutheran.
