The staff for the most part is very kind. Everything is very old though. They have no bed rails or bed pad alarms for fall risk patients. So if someone falls they won't know until the go to their room. It also doesn't help that they leave the bed high instead of lowered. My father's first day in the rehabilitation he called me at 1:53 said no one has come to help him to the bathroom. At 3:55 he called again over 2 hrs later since he got the call bell and no one came.
