This review is for Dr. Allen Maertin's office management. Our child needs a pre-surgery physical and consent form from Dr. Allen for a hospital appointment on October 10. Weeks in advance, we were told by phone staff to see NP Kayleen Grashoff for this, which we did. At our September 22 appointment, we were turned away at the front desk and told only Dr. Allen could help. Since then, we have called his nurse repeatedly. Excellent staff members I can’t get over this facility they were genuinely nice and the doctor was amazing! Thank you Dr.Saleem! I will for sure be referring my loved ones to this ER and they were super fast & they answered all of my questions and concerns they didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was overreacting better safe than sorry.
It is an emergency clinic. If you walk in it’s $1,000, no matter your emergency. I hope your insurance covers it. The facility is new, so nice. The people were friendly, just wish I knew the initial cost up front instead of when they billed me.
