Dr Armstrong is simply the absolute best. His staff is outstanding and gives every patient the time and care that most healthcare systems never would. I have been a patient for almost 15 years, and I'm so grateful for the care I have received.
They hardly return phone calls, they hardly listen to voicemails. If you’re not directly infront of them. Just forget it. Some providers are great and attentive, but just follow up with your patients. It is really frustrating.
Their online appointment portal isn't working. It kept letting me select from the numerous appointments available for last week, filling in my information, and then it wouldn't send me the confirmation. I called the appointment line. They told me there were no available appointments for some time. The appointment they said they didn't have happened last week.
