Worst Experience Ever in a doctors office. I would not recommend or ever go back. I took my 2 year old son as the whole side of his head/face was swollen and was told “Yeah, I don’t know.” Zero motivation to ask more questions or offer care. We literally left with zero answers or recommendations of what to do next. When leaving she was talking to a nurse as if it was silly we even came in. I don’t often review, but our experience here was outstanding. Dr. Pondy is AMAZING. She practiced informed consent throughout the visit and was so great with my little one. She was extremely professional and I will not hesitate to return. Thank you, Dr. Pondy for excellent care.
