While the appointments themselves so far have been fine and my doctor very nice, the administration so far is the worst I have ever dealt with. They have a technical issue with my portal where a charge is not showing up for me to be able to pay but they are mailing me letters in the mail telling me to pay them. When I try to call to tell them about the issue and that I would like to see the charge and service reflected in my portal the same way it shows my history of payments from appointments before I just give them money f... read more
They should remove their walk-in address in Wabash. It isn’t here anymore despite what website says!
