I have been following the protocol for getting a prescription refilled for a week now. We got a letter stating our Dr was leaving Oct 17. ITS JUST GREAT!
95% of the time it is a terrible experience at Lutheran. I have many different specialists and about 2 of them are good. I really wish my insurance was elsewhere. I hate being forced to go here. Many many months later Lutheran has failed to diagnose me while I am in serious pain, decided to go to the Cleveland Clinic. It is ridiculous that you have to travel a state away for medical help. If you are able, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! The Cleveland Clinic did ONE SINGLE TEST on me and was able to diagnose me. This should have been cau... read more
Their online appointment portal isn't working. It kept letting me select from the numerous appointments available for this week, filling in my information, and then it wouldn't send me the confirmation. So I called the appointment scheduling line. They told me there were no available appointments for some time at the location of my choice. I asked her why the online portal said there was, and she said that was for existing patients--but couldn't explain the pop-up that allows you to select new-patient.
