I went to the emergency because I was having a severe headache with mild chest pain. As soon as they found out that I was on Medicaid the doctor dismissed my concerns as simply migraines and I would be okay. I was diagnosed with a meningioma tumor back in 2019. I have been following the protocol for getting a prescription refilled for a week now. We got a letter stating our Dr was leaving Oct 17. That was not true, she has not been available since before Oct 1, I do not blame her she has the right to go wherever it is best for her but then just be honest and tell her patients she is unavailable as of this letter (NOW. )I was told other Drs in the practice would refill our prescriptions until we have established a new Dr. I have called left messages, talked to 4 different human repr... read more

ITS JUST GREAT!
95% of the time it is a terrible experience at Lutheran. I have many different specialists and about 2 of them are good. I really wish my insurance was elsewhere. I hate being forced to go here. Many many months later Lutheran has failed to diagnose me while I am in serious pain, decided to go to the Cleveland Clinic. It is ridiculous that you have to travel a state away for medical help. If you are able, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! The Cleveland Clinic did ONE SINGLE TEST on me and was able to diagnose me. This should have been cau... read more
