If I could give a negative 5 star I would. Everything they do here looks really good on paper as well as the parents I chose for my kids. I made the choice for a better life for my family. They are not honest. The closer I got to signing the more the coercion and manipulation started. All my concerns are disregard as my emotions are high and they tell me to go get counseling. Looking at ratings, I now find that this place has 3 different names. Why? New Beginnings, Mosaic.... Why do you need 3 names for 1 business? Now, I am inclined not to make an appointment.
Learned of LFS through our Church, Pastor Lamb and Kim Laube gave a presentation on what Lutheran Family Service is and what they offer the families of the State of Iowa. Never before had I financially supported Lutheran Family Services. After the presentation my wife and I decided to monthly support LFS. Couples who are having issues in their marriage, from infertility to relationship problems, adoption, mental health, can rely on LFS to work for them with GOD always being the guiding force in all they do.
