Experience was okay..Doctor was thorough & sent me to another place to get broken ankle fixed..Nurses(2) not so much..Really in a hurry, in & out of room quick..Never had that ever happen before in any Lutheran facility!
Both times that I've been here, they've gotten me in and out really quickly. Very kind, efficient staff.
I was very pleased with my visit. The nurse was very professional and pleasant to talk with. The Dr was very nice and took his time with me and explained things to me. I would recommend this facility to go to.
I had been ill for a month and just kept getting worse! Was told it was viral and said I would get better! I didn't! The night I went to ER I couldn't breathe! The doctors at Downtown ER were the only place that helped me. They were amazing and I'm so thankful for them!!
