The actual care was great, I was given a vaginal ultra sound and told to follow up with my OBGYN. I made an appointment and when my Dr. Requested x-rays, they couldn't find me in the Lurheran system. I contacted Lutheran records. They tracked me down, assured me the x-rays were faxed. Went to my Dr., No x-rays sent! Very disturbing!
Best service ever! Super quick and efficient. I received great care from knowledgeable, caring nurses! Would definitely recommend!
We went with our 2 year old to get some lab work done on a Saturday as they are literally the only ones open for service. We went around lunchtime and it sure felt like we interrupted their day. Pulled into an empty parking lot but waited well over an hour to be checked in and seen. We were out of network which we knew but still got treated like we shouldn't be there unless we were in network.
