I had my hernia repair procedure here in August 2025, and overall, the experience at the surgery center was very positive. The facility itself was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and gave me confidence in the quality of care I would receive. The nursing staff on the day of my surgery — especially Mary, Stephanie, and Connie — were outstanding. I had an incredible experience at The Surgery Center. Kim and the rest of the staff were comforting, compassionate and competent. I was very anxious when I entered but completely relaxed as I left. Kudos to everyone who cared for me. Herm

The physician/facility side of things was wonderful but billing is a total nightmare. We were told one estimate during surgery which was close to $5500. Then 3 months later a surprise bill with another $1700. They never called us to explain what it was. It wasn't until we came into the second surgery that we were notified it was an error in the estimate and that the coinsurance amount was that much more. They just sent a bill with no explanation.
