I was up in Brainerd when my vehicle, a Honda Ridgeline pull a code for emissions/fuel injector/potential catalytic converter trouble. Brainerd couldn’t get me in for at least three weeks. I called in the morning, ran down to St. Cloud dropped off the vehicle in a couple hours later, all the injectors were replaced under a Honda extended warranty program, which was fantastic. They also had a reasonable price on flushing out the brakes. I was very happy with the service.

This was my first time and LAST time coming here. I had an appointment at 8am for a full inspection. I arrived and there were no workers at all to be seen. I tried asking a customer sitting in the chairs to see if he knew where I was able to check in or get assistance. He said he didn’t know either… I waited for about 15 minutes and did not see any workers the whole time. Such a waste of time and very unprofessional, I suggest you take your car to a different dealership or shop. If I could give zero stars I would.

We traveled from AZ to MN. Our alternator that was just replaced by Honda in AZ was installed incorrectly. Our vehicle broke down and the closest place was Luther Honda. Thank goodness. They were so kind and got us in ASAP. They replaced everything needed to get us back on the road, complements of our AZ Honda.
