I purchased a used 2015 Toyota Highlander from this dealership. Somehow during their inspection of the vehicle, a faulty water pump was missed by them and brought to their attention by me when I noticed the expansion tank for the coolant was empty. A year and a half later, the vehicle started having the same symptoms (water pump was noisy and the expansion tank for the coolant was bone dry) as before.
