Still waiting to be paid for birthday party entertainment I provided back on February 28, 2024 which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. I traveled close to 2 hours to get there, so close to 4 hours travel time. Emails and phone calls are going ignored. Apparently Rebecca Young is the business office manager, but she is not responding to emails.
Happy atmosphere & friendly staff. If you have a busy life or a busy work schedule and you are Leary about leaving your elderly loved one alone, then this is the place for them. They will be with other people of their generation and they will be watched after and kept safe. The staff here at Luther Ridge are very kind and compassionate towards the residents. They will be treated like family. You can put your trust in Luther Ridge.
I am very pleased with the level of care my mother received during her eight years at Luther Ridge. Every department treated her with respect and as an individual, and she was happy there. Lauren is a caring director. The facility is clean and bright. Nursing/techs are conscientious and patient. Activities are plentiful, entertaining, and tailored to the range of interests and abilities of the residents. PT and OT are excellent; Cindy actually used polka music when she learned that my mother liked it!
I have been a dedicated Luther Ridge employee for the past 34 years and I could not imagine working anywhere else. I enjoy helping the residents on a daily basis, with administering medications and providing care. When looking for a job or needing a place for your loved one, come to Luther Ridge and be a part of our family.
My father is a resident here. He has been here for over a month now. Admin and staff have been excellent in caring for him. Too many names to put in here that have exceeded my expectations. Nice job. High on my list of future residence for myself.
