I dropped my vehicle off two weeks ago after my mechanic determined my transmission was going out. I purchased my vehicle in December 2024 from the same dealership. While I appreciated receiving updates via text, the manager attempted to charge me an additional diagnostic fee to repair a seatbelt that wasn’t operational when I purchased the vehicle.
