It’s disheartening to see that I received such a different experience from all of the other reviewers, here on Google. I experienced an extreme lack of responsiveness and all around horrible customer service. For starters it took 8 business days from the time I retained them until the attorney actually reached out to me and this was after several follow up attempts. I scheduled a “free consultation” with this firm to determine if I had a case for my business. Before the call, I sent over a short email with three pages of documents explaining the timeline and situation. When I got on the consultation, the representative, Vicki, had not read any of the information I provided.
