I gave them a second chance after poor customer service when I got an oil change the first time. Had an appointment set up to get our door handle replaced on our Kia Sorento. They called and confirmed they had the part. Appointment day arrives and they tell me they ordered the wrong part after I check in. Needless to say I won’t be coming back
I traveled 2 and a half hours to get a different car i found online. They communicated with me about what I wanted. When I get there greeted with a smile. Found what I wanted and bought a new kia. Well worth the travel. If you don't buy from here you are missing out. Thank you Kia of Inver Grove
