One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Luther Jewellers treats customers with complete disregard — the staff was shockingly rude and dismissive when I asked simple, reasonable questions. There was zero effort to assist or even communicate respectfully. To make matters worse, their prices are extremely inflated compared to other reputable jewellers in the area.
