Luther Honda don't care about customer's after they buy with stupid rules and stipulation on maintenance all leaning to benefit Luther. Two times brought them my new car both times rules got in the way no maintenance done no maintenance light got reset the tech said just You pay you are 4 days late for your free oil change and 1 year inspection dude I don't make the rules he said.
Kids friendly, coffee lounge and plenty of sits at the waiting area.
Not a good experience. The services are overpriced. Brought my pilot in for routine service. They promoted and pitched other maintenance items, including $50 just to replace wiper inserts, not even the full blades. When I questioned it, the answer was “because of the labor.” Really? Unfortunately, my experience with Luther Hopkins Honda Service Department has reinforced why women often feel vulnerable, helpless, and unheard when dealing with car issues. I took my car in for repairs. They did quite a few things and though it was on the high end ($2,300), it was the dealer so I expected it to be more expensive than my neighborhood shop.
