Terrible titles department. They lie constantly. Don't go there to buy a car.
If I could give negative stars I would give -5 stars. This place was terrible I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. I purchased a vehicle the staff was rude, unhelpful and snippy when we returned to pick ** floor mats I left in my trade in that belonged to me. They tried to bride us to leave a positive review in return for the floor mats. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. Leased 2022 **** Ranger and the heat and air conditioning both went out and they said it would take two days to fix. Not sure what to do? Purchased a used vehicle several months ago. Not liking it so I tried trading it in with two different dealerships. To find out there is a discrepancy with the actual mileage of the vehicle, thru Carfax, and also that the vehicle was from ******, to which I was never informed of both issues. I am completely dissatisfied with the service department at Luther Ford. I had recall word done on my Ford Explorer for a rear suspension link. Following the service, they told me that I would need a four wheel alignment but I would have to pay for it. I also had a check engine light for the evap system. They told me that they were told not to diagnose this issue. This was all after my vehicle sat there for 3 days.
